FIELD WORK is a structured method for developing observation, attention, and accurate recording. In a culture shaped by distraction, interruption, speed, and constant commentary, many people stop observing properly. Detail is replaced by assumption. Experience is interpreted before it has been fully noticed. This book was developed as a practical response to that.
